Office Manager: Tricia V

Tricia has worked at ByPak for 11 years and is the foundation of our office. She is the friendly and welcoming voice that answers when you call. When not at work, Tricia can be found loving on her family, hanging with her amazing and highly trained German Shepherd’s and spending time with her grandchildren.

Operations Manager: Matthew Bysina

Matt has been working for ByPak since 2009. He helps run all aspects of the company outside of sales. He enjoys being a part of a family company that treats its employees and business relationships with respect. When not at work, Matt likes to shoot guns, hang with his family and ride ATV’s.

Owner/President: Michael Bysina

Mike started ByPak in 1997 from his bedroom. The company has since moved through several phases and now ByPak is operating its own converting machinery thanks to Mike’s hard work, perseverance and diligence. Mike is the head of the company and handles all sales and product development. He has been working in the packaging industry for over 30 years and he is the man with the knowledge to help you find cost savings and alternative packaging options.
